My Coaching Foundations
Growing Confidence
Worry and doubt exist regardless of the situation; it's whether or not you choose to embrace them.

Imagine being the best in a given field. No matter how skilled, capable, or prepared you are, there will always be reasons to worry or doubt your abilities. Worries and doubts are real, and things to consider, but not to be dwelled upon. Choose to embrace confidence, instead. When you think about putting your best foot forward, which would you embrace? Which is more enjoyable?

Finding Your Authentic Self
Greater authenticity leads to a detachment from outcomes, which is a powerful place to be.

When you have a greater sense of who you are, you become more detached from outcomes because you aren't looking for the external validation of a positive outcome to tell you whether you made the "correct decision." Although you still seek positive outcomes, there is a greater acceptance that whatever decision you made was the correct decision for you, at that moment. That mindset breeds confidence, the ability to see that an outcome doesn't define who you are, and the ability to learn from, but quickly move on from "failures."
Underlying Goals and Enjoying Journey
"The biggest failure is achieving your goals without fulfillment." -Tony Robbins

Your goal might be a promotion, but the underlying goal is the feeling that promotion will bring you. Maybe the feeling is confidence and a greater sense of freedom. We'll work to achieve the promotion, of course, but to bring the feelings of confidence and freedom to you now, so it's not contingent upon an outcome. In doing so, you're avoiding the "I'll be happy when I...." mentality, and instead, embracing a mindset that helps to enjoy the journey.
Evoking Awareness
What's currently happening, what you want, and what's holding you back.

Evoking Awareness - Awareness allows you to determine what decisions would serve you best, so you can make intentional decisions, as opposed to reactive decisions. It's the first step in breaking through what's holding you back. Having outside help to ask the right questions and share insights and observations is critical to this.
Clarity - There's an incredible difference in clarity between something that's in your head, versus describing exactly what something is, including the image, beliefs, and feelings associated with it. No matter what level of clarity you currently have, there's tremendous power in gaining more. It can make all the difference.

Inner-Blocks - Identifying and overcoming what's holding you back: the beliefs, interpretations, and assumptions that don’t serve you, including the voice that tells you you’re not good enough, for one reason or another. This is how you truly unlock your potential and accomplish what was previously out of reach.

"Want-To's"
Coaching leads to "Want-To's," not "To-Do's."
The actions and steps you determine you want to take to progress towards your goals are "Want-To's," not "To-Do's." What's the difference? The "Want-To's" are approached with excitement, passion, and confidence, and actually, get done. We are already busy enough; what good is another "To-Do?"
