Service Description

Available Services: (Note - All coaching services are customizable based on need) -1 on 1 Coaching -Teams Coaching -Group Coaching -Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI), a proprietary, research-based attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. -The assessment takes 20 minutes for an individual to complete -My debrief on the results of their assessment takes 1.25 - 1.5 hours. Common Areas of Focus: -Professional Leadership and Development -Burnout Avoidance and Recovery -Replacing Worry and Doubt with Confidence Location: -Typically, in-person, although can be done virtually, if preferred.
