Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment

Service Description

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. It is an incredible tool for evoking awareness and identifying potential areas of focus for both clients and non-clients. The assessment entails 70 questions that take about 20 minutes to complete. Our debrief on the results takes 1.5 hours. If the assessment is purchased by non-coaching clients, but the person enrolls in 1:1 coaching subsequent to taking the assessment, the 1:1 coaching package cost will be reduced by the amount paid for the assessment.
